How It Works

First, you explain your project to us – whether you’re ready to build, want to narrow your options, or are just considering buying a property, we’ll figure out how to get the local permits and licenses you need to realize your vision.

Second, we coordinate everyone involved in the work, collecting information and preparing forms required by the local jurisdiction to apply for permits, craft research summaries, or obtain licenses.

Third, we submit plans, forms, and other documents to whichever local department needs them – or we start writing, if you need a feasibility report. We track our time on research and monitor the status of applications.  If you have to present your project for appeal, we prep you for the meeting. And if something goes wrong, we jump in to fix it.

Finally, we deliver the goods: licenses, department approvals, permits, or the writeup you need to inform your decisions.
